Using this site

Everything here — fixtures, squad records, gallery frames, product copy and artwork — belongs to the club. Read it, share links to it, quote it. Do not republish it wholesale or use it commercially without asking first.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We confirm it when the order is accepted and the goods leave The Hollow.

Prices are shown in US dollars and recalculated on our servers when you check out, so the price you are charged is always the catalogue price at that moment. If a listed price is obviously wrong we will contact you before charging anything.

• Stock is finite. If something sells out between you adding it and checking out, the order is refused rather than partially filled.
• Personalised shirts are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Unpersonalised items can be returned unworn within thirty days.

Fan portal conduct

The portal is for supporters. Argue about selections, tactics and the state of tower four as much as you like.

• No abuse, harassment or threats, directed at anyone.
• No impersonating players, staff or other supporters.
• No spam, advertising or ticket touting.
• Nothing illegal, and nothing that would get the club in trouble for hosting it.

Moderation

Club staff can hide any post or reply, and can stop accepting posts from a display name that keeps breaking the rules. We do not owe an explanation, but we usually give one.

Availability

The site is provided as it is. We aim to keep it up, but fixtures move, floodlights fail and servers restart. Nothing here is a guarantee of uninterrupted service.
